The ninth executive committee’s term is coming to an end. The advisory committee nominates the candidates for the next board – and is asking the whole family to put names forward. If you’d like to stand yourself, you can.

The term of the ninth executive committee of the Man family in Europe is coming to an end. Under the articles of association, the advisory committee nominates the candidates for the next committee.
To keep that process running smoothly, we’re asking all relatives to put forward family members – men and women alike – who carry the name Man 文 and want to commit themselves to the family in the years ahead.
Who can be nominated
- A relative with the surname Man 文, man or woman.
- At least eighteen years old.
- Living in the Netherlands.
- Has the ability and talent for it.
- Is enthusiastic and willing to work actively for the family.
You can nominate yourself, too. Anyone with the surname Man who meets the conditions above can stand as a candidate – nobody else needs to put you forward.
What we need from you
Send the following details about the candidate to the coordinator of the advisory committee, together with one recent photo.
- Full name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Father’s name
- The family’s ancestral village – the name of the walled village 圍村
- One recent photo
Nominations must be in before 20 September 2026.
